I have to agree with you on your solution, but what kills me is all the fraud that I personally, as well as others, handed to the FBI on a silver platter 2 plus years ago that they subsequentially ignored. I do think your solution would work, it's just stinks that (with the bailout also by the way) that us law abiding citizens are paying for all these crooks that made off with millions. Hi Dan,
