Will Quicken provide buyers with a pre-approval letter? Also, if I send my buyer to Quicken are you going to try to place them with a real estate agent from in house?

Yes, we can provide a pre-approval letter. Your client can get that right through Quizzle – it only takes a few minutes after they verify some information – (no social security number required). And of course we won’t send your client to In-House Realty if you’re already representing them as their real estate agent. It’s your client and we are happy to help them with their mortgage only.
