Very nice feature. I feel happy to have my home value as part of Quizzle now. Previously you could not tell me that.

Also, if you’re looking for ideas to “green” your home, visit the reading section of Cyberhomes. There are great articles that give homeowners great tips on how to live more environmentally safe.

Unfortunately, CyberHomes is not remotely accurate for my area. It over-estimates my home’s worth by at least $100,000. It had all the info on the size of the house correct, but there is not a single house in my neighborhood that has EVER sold for even $70,000 less than the amount it estimated my home to be worth. It told me that housing prices have gone up in my area by 16% annually. But that has never been true. At the best of times, my area appreciated at 6% to 8% a year, and the last year things have been relatively flat. I’m truely disappointed in the CyberHomes estimate.
